JavaScript (MERN) Stack Engineer - Tech Lead

NorthBay Solutions is seeking a skilled "Software Architect - Javascript (MEA/RN Stack)" to join our dynamic team in Lahore. This role will involve hands-on programming and leading a team of developers to design and implement innovative web applications using the MEA/RN (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, React.js with a focus on Node.js) stack. Responsibilities : - Lead the architecture and the development team in designing, developing, and implementing high-quality web applications using the MERN stack (with a focus on Node.js)- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. - Architect efficient and reusable front-end and back-end systems. - Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. - Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. - Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends. - Mentor and coach junior developers to enhance their technical skills. Requirements : - 12+ years of experience as a lead developer or similar role. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model. - Experience with the MEA/RN (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, React.js, Node.js) stack. - Hands-on experience in developing and deploying web applications using React.js and Node.js. - Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools. - Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms such as JWT. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
