Job Summary: In this role as a Social Media Moderator, your responsibilities include delivering effective solutions to a variety of customer inquiries using written and verbal communication, coupled with a positive demeanor. Furthermore, this role entails providing excellent customer support by answering queries related to new orders, product, service delivery requirements, billing, and any other concerns. Job Description: 1- Oversee social media What's app accounts management of our client company . 2- Providing chat support on Social Media and moderate the messaging with company goals 3- Stay current with social media trends and best practices . 4- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community 5- Maintaining Service Level. Must Haves: 1- Bachelor’s degree preferred. 2- 1-2 years’ experience in Social Media Marketing in a Must 3- Previous experience in technology sales is a plus. 4- Analytical and multitasking skills 5- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills. 6- Proficient in using social media platforms for business purposes.
