Learn more at About role : As a Solutions Architect for Software Infrastructure, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality data protection, virtualisation, and software-defined infrastructure designs & solutions. You will be responsible for managing pre-sale and post-sale technical support activities, vendor-specific training, assessing customer needs, and providing expertise in the development of customised solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate with various teams including technical consultants, sales /marketing, and product management to drive technical value to Ingram Micro NZ.  Key Responsibilities:

• Manage pre-sale and post-sale technical support activities.
• Training and enabling IT resellers on software infrastructure vendors.
• Assess how vendor products and portfolios meet customer needs and provide recommendations.
• Solution Design and Quoting

• In-depth knowledge of the IT industry and NZ channel related to software products.
• Extensive expertise in software infrastructure solutions
• Proven track record of providing solutions to complex technical and business matters.
• Relevant professional-level industry certifications.
• A seasoned professional with the ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Strong coaching and reviewing skills to guide junior professionals.
• Ability to influence others regarding policies, practices, and procedures.
• Confident delivery of technical training and enablement to partners.
