This role is responsible for maximizing sales volume and market share of designated products within an assigned territory. Core Job Responsibilities To achieve EP certification by undertaking and completing a thorough in-house training program to allow you to attend and support EP sessions independently. To achieve 3D mapping certification by undertaking and completing a thorough in-house training program to allow you to support 3D mapping cases independently. Achieve sales targets and increase market share for your assigned territory through building strong relationships and providing high quality clinical service and support. Develop strong relationships with key customers that will assist in growing your business and market share to achieve sales targets. Develop relationships with and service key customer groups, identify and utilise key customer networks. Actively implement and execute on sales force effectiveness initiatives to help drive business growth and sales skills development including strategic territory and account planning, customer profiles and sales training. Utilise available sales analysis tools to assist in territory planning. Utilise internal resources to assist servicing customers within your territory. Manage allocated consignment stock. Maintain accurate customer profiles. Maintain up to date product knowledge and actively participate in education programs. Assist with product marketing and launches. Provide market feedback on product and competitor activity. Attend to/comply with customer service and other administrative requirements within the required timeframe. Conduct education/training to hospital staff on products and technology. Provide training, support and mentorship to internal staff and colleagues. Attend company sales meetings and customer events as required. Position Accountability / Scope Responsible for allocated territory. Tertiary qualifications in Medical (eg. Bachelor of Science) or related field (Coronary Care Nursing/Cardiac Technician) or Business area is essential. Minimum Experience and Skills Ability to convincingly discuss product range with customers, as well as internal and external experts Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Good technical / clinical/ scientific knowledge Experience using Microsoft Office suite Quality, Safety & Environmental Responsibilities Attend regular departmental meetings with manager/supervisor to build in continuous feedback mechanisms. Meet the requirements of ISO by complying with all relevant Quality policies and procedures to ensure the Quality objectives of the business are met.
