QA Automation Engineer (Remote Pakistan)

Job Description: On behalf of our client in the US, Affinity International is looking for several QA Engineers (.Net C#) located in Pakistan, to work closely with the product management and development teams to thoroughly understand project requirements, business objectives, and end-to-end testing efforts from design to implementation. Timezone: Between PST and CST. Responsibilities:

• Meet during all regular team cadence calls with the teams in India and the US (Scrum, Refinement, Planning, Retro, etc)
• Seek to continuously improve test processes
• Review all stories assigned and provide feedback about story details to our product teams
• Ensure alignment between Development and Test to ensure a story is completed
• Help solve any deployment issues with Development and DevOps
• Perform manual testing on a story as a first step
• Provide feedback to development on any stories and ensure they get resolved
• Automate Acceptance Criteria
• Coordinate with UAT to ensure stories are complete
• Coach and support the team

Top Skills

• 5+ years - C# .Net Automation Experience using Playwright/Cypress
• 5+ years - DevOps Experience - Azure DevOps
• 5+ years - API Testing - Postman
• Experience in Agile Development

Qualifications

• Experience in Agile Development
• C# .Net Automation Experience
• Experience setting up and maintaining pipelines in Azure DevOps
• Experience with C# using Playwright/Cypress
• Experience with API Testing (Postman)
• Experience working with BDD Feature files for automation
• Nice to have - Performance testing experience
