BestStart Palm Springs is seeking a passionate and dedicated Centre Manager to join our energetic and tight-knit team. Our focus is to provide quality education to the children in our community. BestStart Palm Springs is a vibrant early childhood centre licensed for 70 children, including 12 under two-year-olds. Our centre boasts a fantastic range of extra-curricular activities, including weekly beach excursions, ballet, and rugby lessons, enriching the lives of our young learners. Our dedicated staff, with many long-serving members, create a warm and nurturing environment where every child can thrive. With our last Centre Manager serving for an impressive 14 years, we are now seeking the next exceptional leader to guide our centre towards continued excellence in care and education. Why choose us? - B Ed/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE or Primary) and current Teacher Certification
- Strong understanding of child-led curriculum, pedagogy and curriculum
- Demonstrate good knowledge of the current ECE Regulations, Te Whariki and hold compliance in a high regard
- A strong commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi through pedagogical practices
