What's so exciting about this role? You will play a critical role in developing our customer engagement strategy across our consumer portfolios with a focus on increasing lifetime value at every stage of the customer lifecycle. You will lead the Customer Lifecycle Team to create and execute customer first, data led, marketing initiatives to drive engagement, utilisation, retention and customer revenue growth. What Does An Average Day Look Like? No day is average at humm group but here’s an idea of what you can expect to do in this role:
- Lead the development of customer lifecycle marketing strategy;
- Lead the Lifecycle Marketing Team in developing and delivering on successful data led, multi- channel customer engagement, usage and retention initiatives;
- Develop/evolve programs to drive increase of customer lifetime value, engagement and frequency;
- Use analytics and customer insights data to test and learn from lifecycle programs and identify areas for improvement;
- Lead the development and delivery of the Lifecycle marketing automation roadmap to deliver an enhanced multi-channel customer experience;
- Collaborative development and execution of Take to Market initiatives to drive rapid adoption and ongoing usage of new humm group products;
- Oversee development and execution of joint partner marketing campaigns;
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop relevant customer-centric content that delivers and supports increasing customer lifetime value;
- Provide relevant, insightful reporting and business stories based on analytics, customer data, digital media results, and market intelligence data;
- Effectively manage budgets to ensure both efficiencies and business targets are realised.
- Proven experience in a retail marketing leadership role
- Demonstrable in-depth knowledge of all marketing competencies and processes including strategy and execution across all channels
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills with a proven ability to influence senior management
- Proven ability to lead and coach a high performing Marketing Lifecycle team
- Excellent presentation skills and know how to adapt messaging for the target audience
- Strong analytical skills with ability and curiosity to use multiple data points to define actionable insights and identify opportunities for optimisation, automation, and customer engagement.
- Experience in managing Opex to ensure every dollar spent is accounted for and the return on investment maximised
