Main Responsibilities:- To Lead the Project & Facilities Engineering (P&FE) Department, responsible to execute and deliver surface facilities engineering and projects in MOL Pakistan, from the conceptual design till commissioning / handing over of the facility for operations and project closeout, to accomplish the business goals/targets.
- Ensure compliance with MOL Group and Company HSE policies, guidelines & instructions (HSEMS, Safe Work Practices, PTW, PSM etc., as applicable) for surface facilities projects to ensure HSE targets of no harm to people, assets and environment are met.
- Direct & manage efficient delivery of all surface facilities projects in line with the business needs and plans of the Company; in compliance with MOL Group / Company principles, guidelines, process descriptions and practices; Monitor & Control CAPEX budgeting & expense, Project Scope, Schedule, Quality etc. to support sustained operations of the facilities and business revenue stream.
- Lead and ensure effective stakeholder management in context to surface facilities projects within the organization or with other functional units and/or JVPs management (Approval of Project Proposals, AFEs, CRs, Representation in Workshops, OCM-TCM, FCM etc.) to support business delivery.
- Graduate in an Engineering discipline from a recognized and reputed institution in (Mechanical/ Electrical/Civil/Chemical). A Master’s degree will be preferred.
- Sound knowledge of applicable Engineering Codes & Standards/Best Practices, Project Management, Construction Management & Supervision, and QA/QC aspects of Oil & Gas surface facilities projects. Fully conversant with Project Governance, Assurance processes, and Management of Change.
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills and experience of handling multidiscipline/multicultural teams.
- Excellent leadership skills, team building, analytical decision making, conceptual thinking, independent problem solving, conflict management, crisis management, etc.
- Professional with a high level of initiative, follow through, and strong collaborative approach.
- Proven successful experience with coaching, mentoring, and developing/managing high-impact teams to accomplish goals.
- A highly reputed individual who is aligned with MOL Group values (People, Ownership, Customer and Agility).
- Superior interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to create an environment where people are motivated to achieve the company’s objectives and enhance their performance.
- At least 15 years of relevant professional experience in managing medium to large-scale projects, EPCC & Non-EPCC, including 5 years managerial role in a reputed Oil & Gas and/or Petrochemical organization.
