Junior Quantity Surveyor

Typically, they secure projects ranging from $10mil to $30mil new builds, upgrades and redevelopments. Armed with decades of experience, they have proven experience in all aspects of quantity surveying, from a full service quantity surveying to financial management, insurance valuation and representation. The dynamic team are the go-to experts in all areas of property and construction. Your new role You will work closely with the project team and key project stakeholders managing the pre-contract from feasibility studies, concept designing, preliminary and developed designs. You will also have exposure and experience in assisting in post-contract work such as cashflow tracking, preparing variations, cost reporting and final account settlement. What you'll need to succeed

• A good communicator and be able to work well in a team environment.
• Good understanding of New Zealand construction methods.
• Analytical and has problem-solving skills
• Valid work rights in New Zealand
