This includes working in our very own Duliban Academy and utilizing company resources to get the training you need. Once you are a licensed insurance broker, you will move into a service role where you will be responsible for managing the client experience.The best part? You don’t need previous insurance experience for this role. We will facilitate your RIBO licensing and train you to be a successful member of our team.Primary ResponsibilitiesConduct policy changes and endorsements for clientsAnswer incoming calls and welcome clients who visit our office in personAssist clients with reporting claims to the insuring companyRespond to carrier requests for information on existing policiesAble to complete an ITV on system for property policiesUse an ARS system to provide quotes to insuredsProcess client payments and assist with billing inquiriesSign applications with clients as arranged and communicate any discrepanciesWork closely with other departments to service client requestsOur Ideal Candidate:Demonstrates a high degree of professionalism and integrityHas excellent interpersonal and communication skillsWorks well within a team and independently, taking initiative to assist team members where neededInteracts with patience, enthusiasm and dedicationPays close attention to detail and multitasks with a high level of organization and accuracyApproaches learning and professional development with enthusiasmPossesses a high school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of customer service experienceThe CompanyDuliban Insurance Brokers is an award-winning third generation brokerage that has been consistently named a top insurance workplace, winner of Brokerage of the Year (2019), and Lincoln’s Business of the Year (2022).
