Job Title: Production Manager (Knitted Garments) Industry: Knitted Garments Location: Lahore Minimum Qualification: Graduation Job Summary: We are currently seeking a Production Manager to join our team in the Knitted Garments industry. Responsible for managing a unit of 500-700 Machines, leading a team, allocating styles, ensuring production targets are met, and maintaining quality standards. Responsibilities:

• Handle and oversee a unit of 500-700 Machines
• Lead a complete team and infrastructure
• Allocate styles in different units/lines based on available capacity
• Attend pre-production meetings
• Ensure day-to-day production meets targets
• Follow up on industrial engineering functions
• Maintain quality standards and minimize alteration costs
• Check and control manpower costing

Requirements:

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in the knitted garments industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting targets
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
