About The Company We are Egyptian Packaging & Plastic Systems (Makka), the largest supplier in Egypt for secondary packaging solutions and one of the leading companies in the MENA region serving industrial sectors since 1994. For over 30 years, we have been providing comprehensive packaging solutions, including machinery and materials. We are now seeking to expand our professional team by recruiting talented and experienced Logistics & Supply Chain "Import and Export" specialists. Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to improve our market presence and achieve marketing and business goals.
2. Lead, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team, ensuring that the team collaborates seamlessly.
3. Analyze digital marketing metrics to identify areas of improvement and ensure ROI.
4. Collaborate with other departments to align digital marketing strategies with business objectives.
5. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and adjust strategies accordingly.
6. Foster a cohesive and innovative team environment, promoting open communication and encouraging feedback.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
2. Proven experience in leading a digital marketing team with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
3. Proficient knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
4. Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
5. Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and best practices.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to think creatively and inventively.
8. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate at all organizational levels.
