Job Description

Role Scope • Managing and reporting compliance breaches and exposures. • Developing, implementing, and maintaining internal audit policies and procedures in accordance with Company guidelines. • Reviewing all new products, systems, or processes to ensure compliance. • Conducting ad hoc investigations into identified and reported risks. • Supporting various departments by collecting and coordinating internal compliance data with auditors and various departments. • Ensuring complete, accurate, and timely audit information is reported to Management and/or Risk Committees. • Validating the cases raised by riders • Responsible for Riders' support in alignment with different stakeholders • Handling for cases directed from the offline support • Working on the Logistics coverage borders. • Managing the Vendor coverage areas and keeping it updated frequently

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, operations support, and Fleet operations. • Organized, inquisitive, innovative problem solvers with the ability to perceive, understand and interpret facts quickly and precisely. • Highly detailed oriented with an analytical mindset. • Advanced Excel and data interpretation skills. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Professionals with solid time management skills, and the ability to multitask and see the big picture. • Diplomacy as a necessary soft skill.
