The Role of Guest Experience Coordinator As a Guest Experience Coordinator, you will handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; assists guests in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operation, key hotel personnel, in-house events directions, etc. Our Ideal Guest Experience Coordinator Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language. Proficient in computer skills Excellent telephone manner and ability to communicate with clients and all levels of management. Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle guests needs.
