Arcesium seeks a highly skilled and experienced Project Managers to join our Business Operations strategy team and play a key role building out our in-house operations and achieving excellence. Working as a trusted partner within the COO team, you will deliver business, operations, and technology solutions to prepare the firm for the future. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving operations strategy related project execution, process efficiency/automation, intelligence gathering and delivering insights to the executive leadership from your expertise and analysis. We are rapidly scaling and need someone with a “let’s roll up our sleeves, solve this, fix that” kind of attitude, who can contribute thought leadership, and drive large transformational change . What You'll Do:
  • Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives to achieve operational excellence and meet organizational goals.
  • Drive overall project management and execution by partnering with various functional teams, including creation of business cases and roadmaps for leadership buy-in, strategic evaluation of technical solutions, project planning, budgeting, and stakeholder management.
  • Facilitate business operational transformation initiatives by providing thought leadership in the analysis and evaluation of processes and proposing improvement strategies to optimize operational efficiencies and excellence.
  • Build out operational analytics (KPIs) and intelligence, design and deliver regular dashboards and reports, and use Objectives and Key Results goal-setting frameworks (OKR) to support short- and long-term operational goals.
  • Serve as a strategic partner and internal consultant, lending structured analytical thinking and perspective to business leaders across the organization to solve for a variety of operational challenges.
  • Conduct data analysis and research to support strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with senior leadership and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for operational initiatives.
What You’ll need:
  • 10 to 14 years of relevant experience in business operations, consulting, or other complex problem-solving positions. The ideal candidate will have an MBA.
  • Experience working in project-based, team-oriented environments, and experience working at a high-growth technology company is a plus.
  • Proven track record of leading successful projects and initiatives to improve operational efficiency and drive business results.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking, project management, and execution skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, experience presenting to senior stakeholders, and ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
