We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our Accounting team at Halan!
Key Responsibilities:Oversee the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow managementManage and supervise the finance and accounting department and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recordedDevelop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulationsAnalyse financial data and provide regular reports to senior management on the company’s financial performanceCollaborate with other departments to develop and implement strategic plans and initiativesManage relationships with external auditors, bankers, and other financial institutionsEnsure timely and accurate tax filings and compliance with all tax laws and regulations
Key Requirements:Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a leadership roleExperience in the computer software industry is highly preferredStrong knowledge of accounting principles and practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated ability to manage and motivate a teamStrong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data
