The Positions: 1). Senior Accountant (Tax and Business Services) Highly successful group seeking a Senior Accountant to join their growing Sunshine Coast office. This firm understands the importance of work/life balance and operates on a very flat structure.

• Flexible start and finish times (WFH opportunities)
• Regular on-the-job training, fortnightly technical training, and tax law training
• Paperless office (operate predominantly on cloud-based software)
• $80,000 - $100,000 + Super (depending on experience)

2). Senior Accountant (Tax and Business Services) – Fully remote or onsite This is an exciting opportunity to join a premier accounting firm on the Sunshine Coast. Having been in operation for over 20 years, this firm has established an exceptional and rewarding work environment for their small team. Due to growth, they are now seeking a Senior Accountant to bring their taxation skills to the team.

• Great work/life balance (100% WFH opportunity & flexible start/finish times)
• Regular training (2-week induction period, regular webinars, external training sessions, and on-the-job mentoring)
• One on one exposure to Partners
• CA/CPA support (study leave & reimbursement of fees and course materials upon completion.

• $80,000 - $100,000 + Super (dependent on experience)

High Intermediate / Senior Accountant (Tax and Business Services) This is an exciting opportunity for a tax & business services accountant to join one of the Sunshine Coasts most prestigious accounting firms. The firm has circa. 20 staff throughout multiple offices and multiple divisions including accounting, business services, and SMSF. They a continuous focus on growth and expansion with plans to continue growing their client base and office locations.

• Flexible working arrangements including WFH opportunities
• Full CA/CPA support including study leave and re-imbursement upon successful completion

• Ongoing weekly in-house training and external training is also provided
• Street parking available for $9 a day
• $80,000 to $100,000 salary plus super (depending on experience)

4). Intermediate Accountant (Tax and Business Services) Our client is a well-established and respected accounting firm based on the Sunshine Coast who like to work hard and celebrate success. This firm is currently in their expansion stage with 10 locations around Australia and further growth planned. The Sunshine Coast office has circa. 10 staff and an outsourced team to allow the accountants to focus on compliance and advisory duties.

• CA/CPA support for accountants currently studying
