Join our highly engaged , customer focused multichannel team and take charge of managing a portfolio of Route convenience accounts. Develop account plans for Impulse and Convenience accounts within your in conjunction with the National Field Manager. You’ll being your valued sales experience, alongside a desire to learn & evolve as the role and industry requires.  What would be your key responsibilities?

• Develops profitable account plans for Impulse and Convenience accounts in territory
• Achieves quality call coverage and call rates in line with agreed objectives
• Maximises promotional sales opportunities through the sell-in of secondary site displays in-store and shelf presence
• Collaboration with distributor reps in the territory including (but not limited to) in-store brand availability, stock weight and shelf presence and hardware
• Maximises the effectiveness of trade promotions, spend allowances, trade premiums, incentives and deals
• Drives distribution/perfect store including effective management of permanent in-store hardware

What are we looking for?

• Broad understanding of the Multichannel customer base (dairies, foodservice, mass, wholesale)
• Proven success in driving mutual sustainable growth
• Passion for using territory data to take insight driven action
• Hunger to learn & evolve ways of working to keep pace with an evolving industry
• Whilst FMCG experience is preferred, transferable experience from other industries will be considered
