• Implement strategies to align operations and engineering with business goals.
• Lead expansion efforts, including supplier network growth and product line diversification.
• Manage daily operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and budget adherence.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in operational processes.
• Collaborate with senior management to achieve strategic objectives.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field; MBA preferred.
• Significant experience in the construction or home improvement sector.
• 5+ years in senior management roles.
• In-depth knowledge of Victorian Building regulations.
