Our tech platform connects 3000 tutors/mentors to students aiming to achieve admission and scholarships to top universities or their dream career pathway. To support our students, we have built / purpose of role This is a full-time position, that can be worked remotely or in one of our many offices around the globe. What are the main responsibilities for this role?

  • Studying towards CA or equivalent professional accounting qualification (preferred).
  • Highly organised with the ability to follow through on tasks with minimal supervision
  • Ability to make judgments and decisions on confidential matters
  • Skills to plan and manage complex administrative systems and practices
  • Strong interpersonal skills and capable of communicating with individuals at all levels and from various backgrounds
  • Understanding and confidence in using specific systems and programmes, including MS Office Suite, Google, Salesforce, and Xero
  • Problem solvers who take ownership of delivering the solutions
  • High learning agility and the ability to study and understand relevant legislation, both in New Zealand and globally
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Discretion
