Ergo Consulting Ltd is a successful, New Zealand professional services practice. Founded in 2003 and independently owned, we provide electrical, civil and structural engineering consulting services to the power and energy industry. We aspire to be New Zealand’s first choice provider of these services. Our clients include Top Energy, Northpower, Vector, Counties Power, Powerco, Wellington Electricity, Mainpower, Aurora, Powernet, the Ports of Auckland and Tauranga and industrial firms such as Fonterra and Ballance. We undertake a wide range of interesting and challenging projects involving the design of new or upgraded HV Substation facilities and infrastructure across NZ. We are “inspired, agile and genuine”. We are now looking to reinforce our teams in all offices with talented, experienced and ambitious engineers at all levels.

You will have:

• a desire to deliver best in class services in conceptual and detailed HV Substation design
• a solid working knowledge of power network analysis and specialist fields such as earthing, cable studies and protection settings

For Senior and Principal roles, and as a result of your successful career to date, you will:

• have, or be building, a strong network of connections in the power sector across the region
• be well thought of, with an excellent reputation among your peer group
• know how to win and manage projects successfully
• have excellent leadership and management skills.
