We are on the hunt for a marketing superstar to lead the Brand & Marketing team. As the driving force behind our brand identity, you will develop innovative Brand & Marketing strategies for our Retail business. - Strategy : Craft and execute a multi-year Brand & Marketing strategy aligned with our 10-year Genesis company goals
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing marketing team that will help drive the culture of the business
- Integrated Plans: Lead integrated marketing plans across our key Home & Business segments.
- Value Propositions: Work with the Home & Business segment leads to define distinct value propositions existing and new products in the portfolio.
- Segmentation: Identify high-value segments and develop a multi-brand strategy across the Genesis group of brands.
- Partnerships & Social : Develop the overall Sponsorship & Partnership strategy including leadership of our social team.
- Consistent Experience: Ensure cohesive branding throughout the customer journey and across our internal and external touchpoints.
