- Deliver high-level, specialized nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit.
- Monitor complex medical equipment and patient conditions, adjusting care plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including physicians, to provide comprehensive critical care.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients' families during critical phases of the patient’s illness and recovery.
- Registered Nurse with a current license, with additional certification in Critical Care Nursing preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an ICU or similar critical care environment.
- High level of proficiency in managing complex patient situations and life-support equipment.
- Strong communication skills, emotional resilience, and the ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
