About the Opportunity As a Senior Legal Executive with a strong focus on commercial transactions and property matters, you will play a pivotal role in providing legal counsel and support to our clients. You will be encouraged to bring your full existing suite of experience to the firm, with the support and mentorship of senior lawyers to expand your practice into more complex files. This will include, but isn't limited to:
- Provide expert legal advice on matters related to commercial transactions, property law, and relevant regulations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents, such as shareholder and trustee agreements, refinancing agreements, and lease contracts.
- End-to-end management of commercial and residential conveyancing transactions.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, develop tailored legal strategies, and ensure their objectives are achieved.
- Conduct thorough legal research to stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.
- Desire to absorb a more complex portfolio of commercial transactions, including commercial property acquisitions, subdivisions, relevant Trust documentation, and commercial leasing agreements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
