Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our success by driving efficient and sustainable sales practices. *The Regional Sales Supervisor has the following Roles and Responsibilities:* The Regional Sales Supervisor holds a critical position within the organization, responsible for overseeing and managing sales operations within a specific geographic region. Their roles and responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks that are essential for achieving sales targets and ensuring the overall success of the sales team in that region. Here are the key roles and responsibilities of a Regional Sales Supervisor: *Leadership and Team Management*: Provide strong leadership and direction to the sales team in the region. Recruit, hire, train, and develop sales representatives. Set clear performance targets and expectations for the team *Sales Strategy Development*: Present sales strategies and action plans to achieve regional sales goals to the larger team for analysis and alignment. *Performance Monitoring*: Monitor the performance of sales representatives, tracking progress toward sales targets. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback and coaching. *Client Relationship Management*: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the region. Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and effective manner. *New Business Development*: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region. Work with the business development manager to expand the company's customer base by prospecting and acquiring new clients. *Product Knowledge Dissemination*: Ensure that the sales team has a comprehensive understanding of the company's products or services. Provide training and resources to help sales representatives effectively communicate product features and benefits. *Compliance and Ethics*: Ensure that the sales team operates in accordance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards. Promote a culture of integrity and compliance within the sales team. *Market Insights and Feedback*: Gather market insights and feedback from the sales team, clients, and the market itself. Relay this information to upper management to inform strategic decision-making. *Communication and Collaboration*: Serve as a communication bridge between the sales team and senior management.
