Job Description: The Senior CRM Consultant will work to provide clients with a superior experience throughout their lifecycle with CoreLogic-Protect. Working closely with clients through their deployments on CoreLogic | Restoration CRM, and then beyond, they will develop meaningful relationships that enhance the value clients achieve. Ultimately the position focuses on ensuring that clients achieve all their desired value deliverables from CoreLogic. This position has no direct reports. Critical Job Duties:

  • Ensures clients find the value in our software and provides exceptional service to clients over the phone, thought email and in person to help clients improve performance, accountability and results
  • Manages, coordinates and oversees the overall implementation of assigned clients by continuously motivating clients to complete training, adopt best practices and pursue the value that they purchased
  • Provides clients with information and materials, status reports, updates and other information in a timely manner
  • Takes a consultative approach to analyze and evaluate the clients’ current business practices to best direct the client in the necessary transitions required to replicate industry best practices
  • Demonstrate expertise in the knowledge of CoreLogic Protect’s products and Restoration industry practices when called upon as a subject matter expert
  • Contribute to special projects as required
  • Set-up new client databases, CLC teams and contacts and their assigned learning paths to prepare the necessary resources for clients’ deployment experience
  • Manage hand-off calls with new clients, engaging with sales to ensure there is a clear understanding of the clients’ value deliverables and expectations
  • Manage Acuity calendar effectively to ensure that clients can schedule meetings as required to successfully achieve value
  • Review CoreLogic | Restoration CRM Audit performance of clients throughout deployment
  • Effectively lead CoreLogic | Restoration CRM clients through weekly sales meetings during deployment to establish methodology and practical application to the clients’ business
  • Ongoing client relationship development and client support
  • Aid Help Desk Representatives as required
  • Participation in Champion Days as necessary
Job Qualifications: Specific Qualifications
  • Degree in related field or experience/training equivalent
  • Extensive customer service experience
  • Sales and marketing experience a plus
  • Preference given to those with experience in the Restoration or Property Insurance Claims industry
  • Expertise and comfort in presenting to both small and large groups on the phone, over the web and in person
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills and general technical aptitude
  • Excellent organization, planning and project management capabilities
  • Ability to analyze a complex work problem, identify the resources necessary to resolve, and drive the resolution to completion
  • Attention to detail and timeliness, with ability to manage multiple appointments scheduled throughout the day
  • Ability to be self-directed and prioritize workload independently
#LI-REMOTE The anticipated salary range for this position is $64,000 to $75,000.
