Our client is an agency like Superman is a newspaper reporter. Lots of time spent saving the world — at the end of the day, though, Superman still had to produce great journalism on the reg. Our client has a portfolio of over forty campaigns for non-profits, which they are constantly updating to keep up with the times. They are looking for a digital director to spearhead projects from concept to launch. In this role, you will work with digital agencies and freelancers through the entire development process, managing timelines, coordinating deliverables and acting as primary contact for each project, whether it’s an optimization or a new build. Hired Gun Profile This role calls for a digital-first director who knows how to talk to people. Part of the work will be interfacing with stakeholders, so you should be able to talk digital strategy with a smile. You should also be comfortable managing a team and representing your company in agency interactions. Projects will include apps, games, website maintenance, infographics and analytics. The more experience you have with a diverse portfolio of digital projects, the better. You should have some project management skills, though the client is willing to build you up if you’re an extraordinary strategist who cares about social good.
