Work Setup: Office Based Work Category: Full Time Work Schedule: Monday to Friday L&D Specialist will manage the end-to-end process of assigned programs including but not limited to marketing, meeting monthly intake requirements, addressing inquiries, coordination with training partners, as well as overseeing the successful run of regular virtuals or in-person programs. Qualifications
- Open to Fresh Graduates – Psychology and Human Resources
- At least 1-3 years experience in Sales and L&D is a PLUS
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Preferably with sales and marketing experience
- Self-motivated, deadline-oriented, and thrives in a results-based environment
