Job Description
As a Commercial Manager for services, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales strategy, expanding our market presence, and forging strong relationships with healthcare providers. You will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring our service offerings meet the evolving needs of our clients for our vast array of services including teleradiology, medical tourism, and medical training and consultancy. - Actively seek out new clients through networking, cold calling, and social media networks - Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits - Build and maintain long lasting customer relationship in different ways that prolong customer lifetime value - Manage workflow admins to ensure service delivery aligns with agreed SLAs - Work closely with software development team to loop in client feedback to refine and enhance service workflow - Work closely with marketing team to develop promotional strategies and material tailored to attract new clients - Identify key areas of opportunity for exporting MRC services (Ie medical tourism services, trainings, and consultancy)Job Requirements
- English language proficiency is a MUST (oral and written)
- Willingness and flexibility to travel as required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Master’s degree/MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or commercial management, preferably in the healthcare sector or related fields.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly in radiology or teleradiology services.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, driving results and achieving goals.
- Proficient in data analysis and financial management.
