To be successful in this role you will have the ability to align geospatial and asset data with project requirements and provide solutions to real-world problems. In your day-to-day you will:

  • Capture and maintain data for buildings, infrastructure, plant, topography, site features, people, projects and construction activities
  • Provide visual outputs, maps, reporting and data analysis, to support the asset management function, project managers, contractors, facilities management, health and safety initiatives, staff publications, and strategic vision.
  • Maintain effective metadata records and documentation
  • Share current data and maps through ArcGIS Online, including user tools and training, admin, security and user groups.
  • Support the Asset Manager with SPM Assets software including data maintenance, reporting and ensuring data aligns with GIS.
About you You are a natural organiser with the initiative to look ahead for data requirements to support our Asset Management and Facilities functions. You'll have a high attention to detail and be able to analyse data where required. In this role you will also bring with you:
  • Exceptional data and records management skills
  • Experience using ESRI software, including ArcMap, ArcGIS Pro, ArcCatalog, ArcGIS Online
  • Ability to design, structure and maintain a geospatial and asset database for effective analysis, reporting and project support
  • Experience with SPM Assets software, include data maintenance, reporting and system administration
  • Ability to prioritise data capture and maintenance tasks based on team and project requirements
  • Ability to provide data visualisations and reporting for effective communications and stakeholder engagement Knowledge of Metadata Standards
