Architect Site Engineer

Job Description

• To monitor and supervise the projects execution process on site to ensure completion of the job within specified periods, in an organized and cost-effective manner, in accordance with the approved design and quality standards so as to meet customer’s satisfaction and maintain continuity of business.
• Supervising the day-to-day completion of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of subcontractors.
• meeting projects deadlines by closely monitoring progress of its construction.
• Ensures That technical design and drawings are followed correctly .
• Ensures That all materials Used and work performed are in accordance with their specifications.
• Oversees quality control and health and safety matters on site.
• Checks and prepares site reports as required

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in  architectural engineering.
• Construction experience is a must.
• 4 - 6 years’ experience as a Site Engineer.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
