  • You have a minimum of one years’ experience working in women's fashion retail or customer service.
  • You love fashion and embrace the essence of the Flo & Frankie brand by taking pride in your own personal grooming.
  • You are customer focused and prioritise providing an outstanding shopping experience for every customer.
  • You have a warm and approachable personality effortlessly connects with others, creating an inviting atmosphere.
  • You approach every day with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for your role, bringing energy and a growth mindset to every situation.
  • You actively contribute as a team player, readily helping and sharing responsibilities to achieve our collective goals efficiently and effectively.
