Job Description

Café Anatolia isa growing cafe chain with 11 branches throughout the North Island. We have anexcellent reputation for fresh, healthy, and Turkish cuisine made to order forour customers. We serve over 15000 customers in a week with a team of over 110employees in the group. We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media &Communication Coordinator to join our team. Our headquarters is based in Hastings, Hawkes’ Bay but this is aremotely based role. The candidate must be in New Zealand and will work closely with our team members acrossdifferent time zones. The main responsibilities of the Social Media &Communication Coordinator are: · Creating and implementing social media strategies · Managing Social Media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, X (Former Twitter) and TikTok) · Analyzingengagement metrics, and staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends · Facilitate online conversation with customers and respond toqueries · Report on online reviews and feedback from customers · Work with customer service and design team to create customerand promotional materials both for social media and print media.

Requirements

What you will bring: · Proactive and independent in nature · Exceptional communication skills, creativity, and attentionto detail · Expertise in multiple social media platforms Hours of Work This will be a part-time role between 15 to 25 hours per weekwith flexible hours. This could potentially evolve a full-time role.
