About our client:  Our client is a respected member of the Steadfast network, with a loyal client base across multiple industries. They prioritise collaboration and integrity within the business. Established in the Wellington market, they are currently expanding the business, nationwide. About the role:

• Collaborate with Senior Brokers on complex clients 
• Support Brokers around portfolio maintenance and client relationships 
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, claims team members and insurers during the claims process
• Conduct portfolio administration activities including renewal reports, policy changes and endorsements
• Assist with client queries around policy and product

Skills & Experience:

• NZCFS Level 5 in General Insurance preferred; commitment to obtaining the qualification considered
• Prior Broker Support or SME Commercial Broker experience required
• Strong operational acumen, time management and IT ability 
• Skilled in collaborative teamwork and building relationships
