L2 - Production Support Engineer

**Note: Consultant will coordinate with teams across different Offshore/Nearshore counterparts. Therefore, they should be able to communicate in English.***** Please share a copy of your resume in English** The L2 Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support for complex issues that cannot be resolved by the Level 1 team. The ideal candidate will have a development background and be knowledgeable in SQL and GCP, with experience in Blue Yonder, back office retail applications, and/or ETL/batch processing being a plus. The L2 engineer will work closely with the Level 1 team to troubleshoot and resolve issues, as well as work with developers to identify root causes and create fixes and improvements. Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for complex issues that cannot be resolved by the Level 1 team
- Collaborate with Level 1 team to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Work with developers to identify root causes and create fixes and improvements
- Provide expertise in SQL and GCP, with experience in Blue Yonder, back office retail applications, and/or ETL/batch processing being a plus
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of issues to meet 24x7 service level agreements
- Participate in on-call rotation as required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a support or development role
- Strong knowledge of SQL and GCP, with experience in Blue Yonder, back office retail applications, and/or ETL/batch processing being a plus
- Experience with root cause analysis and troubleshooting complex issues
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24x7 environment
