• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, including but not limited to vendor agreements, service contracts, and licensing agreements.
• Providing legal advice and support to various departments within the company on contractual matters.
• Identifying and managing legal risks associated with business operations and transactions.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of legal strategies to support business objectives.

What you will bring to the role

• Bachelor's degree in Law
• Admission to the Bar
• 3-5 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on commercial corporate contracts.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
