- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our casual dining establishment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, exceptional leadership skills, and a keen eye for delivering an outstanding guest experience.
- Oversee daily operations, including service standards, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, and manage staff members, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Set performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members.
- Create and implement strategies to meet sales targets and maximize profitability.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with suppliers to maintain adequate stock levels while controlling costs.
- Uphold and enforce health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with sanitation regulations.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, recognizing achievements, and addressing any issues that may arise.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient and timely food preparation and service.
- Proven experience (X years) in a managerial role within the restaurant industry, preferably in casual dining.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting and cost control.
- Knowledge of restaurant management software and MS Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Certification in food safety and sanitation is a plus.
