Clinical Nurse Specialist- Orthopaedics Whangarei Salary: Excellent salary package depending on experience, plus additional paid PDRP and relocation package available plus attractive sign-on packages of up to $5,000 (depending on experience)   About the Clinical Nurse Specialist- Orthopaedics role The company is enjoying ongoing success and development and will be expanding next year, so this is an exciting time to join them!!  Whangarei offers a great life/work balance, cheaper rental, and housing costs, and live by the hospital and be at work within 5 minutes This role also attracts a generous relocation package and many more benefits such as Monday to Friday shifts and weekends off for more family time or time to explore the beautiful coast line up in the winterless North! Skills & experience required for this Clinical Nurse Specialist- Orthopaedics role  About the role Our client is seeking a dynamic, highly motivated Clinical Resource Nurse to join their team on a permanent full time basis. The Clinical Resource Nurse – Orthopaedic role is a senior nursing position, working alongside the Theatre Coordinator to provide clinical support and coordinate the resources required to ensure smooth running of all our orthopaedic specialties.   It is an exciting time to join a growing, dynamic organisation that has a progressive and supportive Management team.   The ideal candidate will have:  
  • A current New Zealand Practicing certificate
  • Significant orthopaedic experience within the operating theatre
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with Medical Specialists, staff at all levels and develop relevant external networks
  • Proven organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure · Computer literacy
  • Demonstrate ability to apply Te Tiriti o Waitangi with practice and decision-making · A can do attitude and a commitment to quality improvement.
