- Driving engagement activities in Support Office and Stores with support from the wider PAC team
- Coordination support on employee initiatives, including our Leadership Conferences, incentive schemes, change projects and any other PAC related projects that we have on the go
- Supporting our PAC team with managing the PAC inbox to answer employee queries and provide first-line advice to our team.
- Coordinating team meetings and take minutes as required.
- Preparing and processing documentation for each stage of the employee lifecycle (contract generation, onboarding, offboarding, parental leave and annual leave cash-outs).
- Keeping all employee files updated with accurate information
- Providing coordination support to our annual PAC activities.
- Passion and enthusiasm for promoting a highly engaged culture through organising events and engagement activities
- Exceptional communications skills - you love to grow relationships and work collaboratively as a team
- 1+ years' experience in an HR Administrator or Coordinator role, relevant qualifications would be an advantage
- Great time management skills - you can be relied upon to deliver on time
- A growth mindset - you are open to giving and receiving feedback and continually think of new ways to do things

- Confidence in following HR processes and an ability to use their initiative to seek the right answers and escalate when necessary
