What you'll be doing | Te whakamahere Waitangi Treaty Grounds is seeking an experienced Head of Commercial Development to join the executive team reporting to the Chief Executive. This rewarding and fast-paced role is vital for the organisation leading a team of managers. The Head of Commercial Development is responsible for providing the executive team and the board with the necessary commercial and strategic information and advice to achieve business objectives. As part of your role, you will have the following responsibilities:- Be the commercial expert to the CE and Board, in collaboration with the CFO, to provide analysis, advice, and thought leadership on strategic, product and commercial matters and initiatives.
- Leading a team that provides business planning and new initiative insights to guide decision-making. You will ensure that resource and capital allocation aligns with the company's goals.
- Lead sales, marketing, hospitality & events, and retail teams to build and develop a solid and cohesive team.
