Responsibilities:
- Recruit and identify suitable candidates from various sources.
- Search available job boards, databases, and recruiter networks to identify highly qualified
- candidates
- Screen potential candidates by telephone to establish compatibility with minimum qualifications
- and to determine candidate interest
- Responsible for aspects of the recruitment process including sourcing, screening, testing,
- interviewing, and selection of security clearance qualified candidates for various job levels.
- Use various recruiting methods to advertise posts and publicize vacancies.
- Work closely with the onsite/offshore sales personnel for day-to-day updates
- Follow up with the candidate on resume feedback by the client Manage candidates from initial
- contact through placement in such a way as to establish a long-term relationship
- Set up consultant database for future requirements according to the skill set
- At least a minimum of 2 years working experience in the Admin/Non-Tech/Light Industrial Recruiting.
- End-to-end US recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, job offer, negotiating,
- onboarding, and closing of candidates.
- Good communication skills (voice recruiting for American markets).
- Knowledgeable in using different job boards such as zip recruiter, career builder, LinkedIn etc.
- Has basic knowledge of Boolean search.
- Experience in utilizing different Applicant Tracking Systems (ex: Job Diva)
- Comfortable in performing at least 75-100 dials per day.
