We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to provide excellent customer service by interacting with customers, understanding their concerns, and providing effective solutions. This role involves being the single point of contact for all inquiries and working with customers across multiple channels such as phone, email, live chat, co-browsing, and social media.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers and immediately understand the context of their concerns and/or requests.
  • Ability to switch effortlessly between channels and be the single point of contact for all inquiries.
  • Research and provide solutions to customer inquiries quickly.
  • In cases that are highly technical or require decision-making, escalate to the appropriate teams and ensure the resolution of the case.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining records and handling any changes in the policy.
  • Ensure all compliance requirements are satisfied.
  • Meet and maintain daily and monthly service level standards.
Position requirements:

  • Effective communication skills that create an emotional connection with the customer.
  • Strong customer service abilities.
  • Ability to provide proactive support.
  • High analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or College undergraduate of any field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in insurance, financial, and healthcare industry.
  • Familiar with Omnichannel CRM systems and practices.
  • Knowledge of insurance investment business as an asset.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Spontaneous or able to express thought freely.
  • No issues reporting onsite.
