Junior Business Analyst: Treasury

Union Systems Limited (USL) is Africa’s leading financial software company. The Role You will be responsible for :

• Contributing to and driving continuous process improvement initiatives to meet business needs.
• Establishing project plans, resources, budgets and time-frames, and assigning tasks.
• Gathering, analysing, defining and formalising clients' business requirements and processes into project / system specifications.
• Identifying, tracking and communicating progress, milestones, deliverables, risks and issues.
• Managing clients' relationship and deliverables.
• Preparing project feasibility studies, cost-benefit analysis and proposals and obtain required approvals from IT management and project sponsors.
• Make contribution to building and improving a treasury software

• You possess a degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Treasury and related degree
• You have a maximum of 3 years experience working in the treasury department of a bank or corporate - front office, middle office and/or back office
• You have strong interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
• You have working knowledge of business analysis, client satisfaction, requirement gathering and system administration and support
• You are a strong networker & relationship builder
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
• You possess strong analytical skills.
