IT Business Partner

Scope & Responsibilities:

• Own key customer relationships within both IT and with business unit decision makers.
• Develop a business solutions strategy for the assigned business unit, grounded in a deep understanding of the business requirements.
• Ensure the successful deployment of selected IT technologies and solutions.
• Ensure that IT delivers within the agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in the assigned business unit.
• Lead IT projects as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a relevant equivalent course.
• At least extensive experience of over 5 years in implementing enterprise applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required; the ability to communicate effectively to a wide range of audiences.
• Strong facilitation and influencing skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills are required; the ability to negotiate competing perspectives and needs and drive execution.
• Customer-centric, proactive, dynamic, and possessing good analytical/conceptual thinking skills.
• Ability to stay updated on new technologies and assess their impact on the organization.
• Attention to detail and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to business casing, process/systems analysis and design, process/systems audits, and/or benefits realization processes.
• Previous experience in managing/leading small to medium IT teams through the systems development life cycle and operations is a plus.
• Knowledgeable in strategic planning, risk analysis, and business justification.
