Dispatch Support Engineer

Support includes:

• Hardware troubleshooting analysis and swap for End user devices
• Hands and eyes support for Meeting Room AV troubleshooting and repair
• Break fix support troubleshooting and repair for AV Meeting Rooms
• Smart hands support (server reboots network equipment and other tasks performed using remote supervision and instruction from Customer personnel)

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Windows support with related MSoffice M365 Intune setup etc together with Teams integrated meeting room environment coverage for Audio/Video support
• Only onsite physical support in premises
• The AV area covering backend / front end setup with multiple branding with respective PCs Extron Crestron Logitech etc
