Job Title: US Senior Recruiter Client Industry: IT Services Location: Philippines (Remote) Shift and Schedule: Mon - Fri, 7am to 4pm US Pacific Time Position Overview RecruitGo is in search of a experienced and motivated Data Center Infrastructure Recruiter with a strong background in contingent staffing to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and managing a pool of talented professionals to meet the staffing needs of our clients within the data center infrastructure industry. Aside from your established skills and expertise, we are also looking for someone who is willing to upskill in the latest technology, has good communication skills, is committed, positive, and self-driven, is a team player, has empathy for your customers, and appreciate working independently. Responsibilities: Screening and Evaluation:
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and assessments to ensure they meet the technical and cultural requirements of our clients.
- Evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and qualifications to match them with the appropriate contingent positions. Client Interaction:
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their specific staffing needs and requirements.
- Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of the recruitment process and recommend suitable candidates for their approval.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate interviews, reference checks, background screening, and offer negotiations.
- Ensure that candidates are properly onboarded and aligned with client expectations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, including resumes, references, and interview notes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations in the contingent staffing process.
- Cultivate strong relationships with both clients and candidates to foster long-term partnerships.
- Continuously nurture and expand your network within the data center infrastructure industry. Reporting and Metrics:
- Track and report key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, conversion rates, and candidate satisfaction, to evaluate and improve the recruitment process.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably with a focus on contingent staffing within the data center infrastructure sector.
- Strong understanding of data center infrastructure roles, technologies, and industry trends.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Adept at building and maintaining professional relationships.
- High level of organisation and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
