Implementation Manager

This is a remote position. Position Title: Implementation Manager Work Setup: Work from home Schedule: 10:00 PM 6:30 PAM Salary: Php 95000.00 Php 105000.00 Signon Bonus: TBC Our client is an awardwinning eLearning solutions company that provides engaging corporate training videos for companies. JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A PORTFOLIO IMPLEMENTATION MANAGER Your Responsibilities as a Portfolio Implementation Manager would be: Project Management o Breakdown work into tasks with owners timelines and dependencies. o Followup with team members on progress. o Report status risks and issues. o Continually update and maintain project management tools (Asana or ClickUp) EOS Implementation & Portfolio Management o Produce rolled up status reports across projects. o Capture metrics into the scorecard. Process Definition & Improvement o Capture process flows in the system (Visio Miro etc.) o Work with teams to determine improvements. Presentation support o Create/update PowerPoint slides. Meeting & Administrative Support o Capture notes and action items. Research o Specific topics as needed (such as technology solution comparison industry best practices for strategy & implementation etc.) Qualifications as a Portfolio Implementation Manager: A bachelor s degree in business administration or a similar discipline is strongly preferred. Minimum 5 years of proven work experience and track record in a fastpaced project/implementation management role. Prior experience as EOS Integrator. Prior experience with hardware systems and software implementation Proactive dynamic and dedicated work attitude. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines with business insight. Proactive coachable and well organized. Excellent computer skills including MS Office software and applications. Able to meet tight deadlines and handle pressure. Be very efficient and pay close attention to details. Good communication skills with the ability to take direction.
