UX Designer

Reporting Report to Head of UX Design / CEO Key Accountabilities User Experience (UX) of all designed work, including ad banners, landing pages, website, etc Performance and measureables of all designed work Gapture's Brand Identity Key Responsibilities To come up with creative direction for clients' campaigns Design online ad banners and videos (GIF, PNG, JPG, MP4/MOV) using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro) Split testing and optimize design based on data collected Infographic and illustration design for marketing purpose Staying abreast of latest web design, online ad banner design and UX design trend Requirements Three years working experience in web/graphic design. Fresh graphic design graduate or self-taught designer with strong portfolios will be considered for Junior position. This position is only open to Malaysian citizens and non-citizens who currently possess work permit in Malaysia. We do not apply for working permit for this position Senior position: At least five years UX Design experience is required, including two years in advertising agency Passionate and hard core about design and UX Experience in Squarespace & other CMS would be an unfair advantage Software Skills Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite. Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop skills are must KPIs Click-Through Rate (CTR) on ad banners designed Conversion Rate of ad landing pages designed Why Join Us?
