Testing & Quality Assurance (Information & Communication Technology)

• Prepare work instruction and training manual
• Provide test plan, test strategy, test result document and carry out test after new development
• Define Test Scenario, Test Cases and Test Scripts from user.
• Perform UI Tests, Performance Testing and Stress Testing.
• Prepare computer system validation protocol
• Monitor system defect and report to development team.
• Provide training for staffs on procedure and function
• Ensure appropriate systems and process are developed and maintained to support effective and efficient day to day running.
• Perform other ad-hoc task as assigned by IT Manager

Knowledge / Skills / Experience

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office, ERP and Document Management System
• Experience with software support and project implementation will be added advantages.
• Ability to communicate (both verbal and written) well in English
• Able to work independently 
• Able to relocate/Commute to Tampoi, Johor Bahru
