- Inspire and lead the social team to deliver business objectives, promoting CIMB’s brand and image on social media networks.
- Shape and manage social media strategy to amplify our brands/assets/sponsorships through industry and competitive research, ideation and planning for the Group and Businesses (BU)
- Strategic planning and governance of KOL management and activation.
- Work closely with agency to plan and manage content calendar
- Leading the team and agencies to build meaningful connections through monthly content planning and monitoring social media metrics
- Ensure team moderate/listen all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
- Pro-actively seeking ways to improve and strategise brand protection through resources (tools, processes, agencies, etc.…) to ensure social crisis are escalated and timely managed.
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
- Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation and coordinate actions
